That confusion isn't because of productivity. It’s because you have a clarity problem.
Okay, let me say this. Everywhere you look, someone is talking about needing to get clear online. It's clarity this and clarity that. Have you seen it?
It's your sign to pay attention: Clarity is what separates women who grind from women who grow.
When your communication is specific, repeatable, and values-aligned, your team can move fast. Your clients understand the value. Your offers feel magnetic.
Without clarity, you micromanage. You repeat yourself. You wonder if anyone is truly aligned with your vision.
You feel like you are out in a field screaming - does anyone hear me?!
Here is a way to get into alignment with seeing your path more clearly. As yourself:
- Can I define what success looks like this week?
- Does my team know how we measure it?
- Does everyone understand their role?
If you answered no to any of those questions, I have a recommendation for you my friend. You need to turn those no's into yes'.
